Oasis Park
ハイウェイオアシス
国営木曽三川公園の一部、河川環境楽園と高速道路川島サービスエリア及び、ハイウェイオアシスと複合した新しいタイプの官民共同プロジェクトである。敷地面積は3ha、第一期の商業エリアと第二・三期の水族館エリアに分かれており、第一期商業エリアを担当した。商業施設エリアは、物販、ゲーム、バーチャルレストラン等からなっており、水辺空間の賑わいをつくりだし、商業的にも成功している。
Highway Oasis
This is new type joint public and private project in which Kasen Kankyo Rakuen, a part of Kiso Sansen National Park and Kawashima Highway Service Area and highway rest stop are merged. The site is on 3ha, and is divided into a first stage commercial area and second and third stage aquarium areas. We were in chare of the first stage commercial area. The commercial facilities area, composed of merchandising, gaming and virtual restaurant area, etc., and which a lively waterfront space, has been a commercial success.
